Typically 3 to 10 working days, depending on the volume of work. You get a quotation within 24 hours of sending a sketch or photograph with dimensions and a description of the intended use. For larger runs we agree the schedule before any material is ordered.

Either works. We cut from a technical drawing, from a template you send us, or from measurements taken on site. If you have an old piece that fitted well, posting it as a sample is the fastest route — the new pattern comes straight off it, with no trial fitting.

Single pieces are fine. This is made-to-measure work rather than a warehouse programme, so there is no minimum order. A prototype goes through the same consulting, cutting and quality control as a series — although the unit price drops on a run, because the pattern is made once.

PVC tarpaulin canvas from 450 to 900 g/m² for tarps and logistics curtains, acrylic around 300 g/m² for awnings, clear PVC from 0.5 to 1.0 mm for windows, Cordura and ballistic nylon from 200 to 1000D, and aramid from 150 to 300 g/m² for cut and heat exposure.

Hot-air and high-frequency welding is used on PVC tarpaulin and film, where the joint has to be completely watertight. Sewing takes over on materials that cannot be welded — acrylics, twills, Cordura, aramid — and wherever the seam has to stay flexible. One product often uses both.

Yes. We fit YKK zips, hook-and-loop, snap fasteners, piping, reinforcements at load points, and clear crystal PVC panels as windows. The closing system is chosen during the consulting stage, together with the material, because it decides how the cover behaves in daily use.

Yes, and this side of the business is growing. We do contract cutting and sewing in PVC tarpaulin, acrylic, impregnated canvas, twills and other heavy technical textiles — protective covers and bags for goods in transit, boat covers, vehicle covers, and protective covers for the aviation industry.
